At Walkino, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted Moroccan slippers. We are confident you will love them. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
📦 The Walkino Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in original condition: Slippers must show no signs of wear, dirt, or damage.
- In the original packaging: This includes any dust bags or boxes.
- Have the original tags attached.
Please note that due to the intimate nature of footwear, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn for hygiene reasons.
🔄 How to Initiate a Return (3 Simple Steps)
- Email Us: Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Approval & Label: We will respond with instructions and a Return shipping label for customers in the USA and UK.*
- Ship It Back: Securely package the unworn slippers and drop them off at the designated postal service.
For international returns outside of the US and UK, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
📮 Return Shipping Address
Once your return is approved, you will be provided with the specific return address. All returns should be sent to our logistics partner at:

Please do not send returns directly to our Marrakech artisan workshop, as we cannot process them from there.
💸 Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Processing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is issued.
- Timing: The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns that do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or send the item back to you.
❗ Damaged or Defective Items
We meticulously check every pair before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement free of charge or offer a full refund.
🤝 Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item for a different size or color is to:
- Return the original item for a refund following the process above.
- Place a new order for the desired item on our website.
🌍 International Returns & Duties
- Return Shipping: As noted, we provide free return labels for the US and UK. Customers from all other countries are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Import Duties & Taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees paid on the original order are non-refundable by Walkino. You may be able to recover these fees by contacting your local customs office.
🎁 Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for store credit if they meet the return conditions.
